As Account Executive, Noah helps develop and implement strategic communications plans for Ball Consulting Group clients.
Before joining Ball Consulting Group, Noah held various communications and project management positions in the public sector.
He served as communications director for the Joint Committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. In this position, he managed all press and communications strategy including development of press releases, op-eds, legislative testimony, constituent correspondence, internal/external communications, and maintenance of social media presence.
Prior to his work for the Joint Committee, Noah served on Representative Harold P. Naughton’s State House staff as a legislative aide, where he acted as a liaison and primary point of contact for constituents, community organizations, interest groups, and state and federal agencies.
He also previously served as campaign manager for Representative Naughton’s 2014 re-election bid. In this role, he coordinated campaign operations, such as, targeted canvassing, strategic advertising, volunteer recruitment, fundraising, and get-out-the-vote efforts, all of which culminated in an election victory.
Noah holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Union College, where he also minored in Russian. Currently, he is pursuing a master’s degree in government with a concentration in communications at Johns Hopkins University Center for Advanced Academic Programs.
