May 28, 2020 – Ball Consulting Group, LLC President David Ball was recently quoted in The MetroWest Daily News, for the newspaper’s story on crisis communications for nursing homes dealing with difficult circumstances during the Covid-19 pandemic.
“We are dealing with this every day at our firm, talking about numbers of positive cases, talking about deaths, and it’s a very challenging thing,” Ball said.
